Whether you inherited the instance or have supported it for years, Turbobase helps you understand what is there, investigate what is going wrong, and turn the next improvement into work you can deliver.
Stop being blamed for a slow system that can’t keep up with requests. We can make any inherited instance reveal the hidden customizations that break with every system update. Build dashboards, manage daily ops, clear your queue, and start the party!
INCREASE YOUR CAPACITY
Do more without bringing in outside help.
You know the business. Turbobase gives you the understanding and execution tools to handle more of the work yourself, instead of turning every request into a specialist engagement.
Answer the question.
Investigate with your instance’s configurations, dependencies, and business context in view.
Build what’s missing.
Turn a recurring request into a report, workflow, automation, or app your team can use.
Make room for the next idea.
Keep the knowledge and solutions you build, so the next task starts with more than a blank page.

Recorded example using NetSuite 2026.2 release-preview notes. Timings and time-saving comparisons describe this example, not a benchmark or guarantee. Your instance and review scope will affect the work required.

01 / DOCUMENT
You inherited it. Now understand it.
Connect the environment and bring scripts, workflows, fields, and dependencies into view. Add the operating rules your team relies on so technical context and business knowledge stay together.
What do I get?
A customization catalog and reusable knowledge that help explain what is there and why it matters.
02 / DIAGNOSE
Same error again and again. Let’s find out why.
Start with a report that disagrees, a recurring exception, or an undocumented process. Investigate against the actual environment, then give the team a finding they can review.
An inventory-report review identified overwritten totals, omitted adjustments, and returns that were not counted. A reconciliation experience and a reviewable customization proposal followed.

03 / DELIVER
Never lose track of the work you’ve done.
Turn the finding into a proposal, an app, documentation, or a bounded system change. Review and test the work before an authorized release, then retain the decisions and context for the next request.
Who controls the change?
Your permissions and the configured source controls still apply. Source write-back is enabled separately, and the admin stays involved in review and approval.
ASK. UNDERSTAND. VERIFY.
What does this workflow actually do?
Ask for a plain-language explanation, then follow it back to the conditions and actions in your instance.
ILLUSTRATIVE REQUEST
“Explain when this approval workflow runs, what it changes, and why a record might get stuck.”
A simplified example of the explanation to ask for, not a live analysis of your account.
From conditions to consequences.
When it runs
In this example, submitting an order above the approval threshold moves it to Pending Approval.
What changes
The workflow assigns an approver and changes the approval status. It does not release the order for fulfillment until the approval step completes.
Why it might stall
An empty approver field or an unmet transition condition could leave the order waiting. Check the actual workflow history, field values, and role permissions before deciding on a fix.
A useful explanation should identify the workflow, relevant states and conditions, supporting evidence, and anything still unknown.
CUSTOMER CASE STUDY / INVENTORY RECONCILIATION
Why doesn’t inventory match the warehouse numbers?!
A customer’s inventory numbers refused to reconcile, despite over a year of work with outside consultants. Here’s what changed.
DOCUMENT
Mapped in less than a day.
The entire instance, including the customizations behind the order-to-shipment process.
DIAGNOSE
Three causes exposed.
The investigation identified three causes in the report logic behind the discrepancies.
DELIVER
A way to reconcile.
We built a reconciliation experience that made the discrepancies visible.
What did the investigation uncover?
The findings included overwritten totals, missing adjustments, and uncounted returns. The work also exposed previous teams’ changes and customization risk factors.
The reconciliation experience was built. A returns-related customization remained a proposal for review. Customer identity withheld.
IN THEIR WORDS
“You asked me at three o’clock what feature I would like to see... and by the time we got on the call, you had it already. That was really impressive.”
Sam Gross · Twin River Group
“Honestly, I didn’t think anything like this could be built.”
